90-day satisfaction guarantee
Use ROKUME Eye Formula for a full 90 days from the delivery date. If you feel it isn't worth continuing, we'll refund you in full, even for opened bottles. We pay the return shipping.
How to request a return
1. Email rokumeworld@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We'll send you instructions and a prepaid return label.
3. Once we receive the parcel, we'll refund you within 14 days to the same payment method you used.
Legal right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, send us a clear statement (for example by email to rokumeworld@gmail.com). You may use the model form below, but it is not required. We will refund all payments received, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your statement. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you sent them. Our 90-day satisfaction guarantee does not limit your statutory rights, including your rights under the legal guarantee.
